Agricultural greenhouses are key toward a sustainable food supply, however they have significant energetic needs due to heating and artificial lightening. There is a push from governments, retailers and consumers to reduce carbon footprint of greenhouses. Voltiris enables double-use of large greenhouses surfaces to produce electricity without impacting their high agricultural yield. Voltiris introduces a solar panel design to generate electricity from the part of sunlight's spectrum that is unused for crop growth.

Solar Solutions for Industrial Greenhouses

The Role

Voltiris is looking for a Supply Chain Intern to help define the strategy that will support our international growth. Your core mission is to challenge our existing storage, inventory, and transport strategies and help build the ones we need for the next stage: shorter lead times, lower costs, and a setup that adapts to the geography and size of each project.

What We're Offering

● Direct exposure to an international, fast-growing scale-up, working across multiple countries and project sites

● Real weight given to your work: your recommendations will shape decisions, not sit in a report

● A steep learning curve combining supply chain strategy, data analysis, and simulation modelling

● An opportunity to see your strategies being implemented on the field

Your Missions

● Review and update the mapping of our supply chain and identify its key risks

● Challenge and define our storage, inventory, and transport strategies to improve lead times and reduce costs as we grow internationally

● Simulate supply chain scenarios to identify the best-suited strategy depending on geographical area and project size

● Propose and implement the tools needed to deploy these supply chain strategies

● Present and defend your recommendations to the operations and leadership teams, and support their rollout

● Be involved in the day-to-day operations, staying close to the field to sharpen your strategic thinking

Qualifications We Need

● Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Supply Chain management

● Coding skills (Python or another language) to develop simulation models is a plus

● Gets things done through people — persuasive, and quick to build buy-in for an idea

● Comfortable moving fast, adapting on the fly rather than getting stuck in details

● Energized by pushing change forward, not just identifying it

● Fluent in English; French is a plus

Why Join Us

● Sustainability: contribute to deploying a solution that brings decarbonized electricity to greenhouses

● Real impact: see a strategy you built put into practice, shaping how future projects are sourced, stored, and shipped

● Dynamic environment: join a collaborative, high-trust scale-up culture

● Fast-growing environment: grow with our team as our company expands

If you like challenging the way things are done and turning that into a clear, data-backed strategy, and want to see your recommendations actually put into practice, that is exactly what we want to hear about.

Education: Bachelor/Master/PhD. Languages: Englisch (fluent)
