Station Manager Submitted by Tugba Balci Yilmaz on Wed, 07/29/2026 - 07:17 What does your job as Station Manager at Rijk Zwaan look like?This position has been created to work alongside the current Station Manager, sharing leadership responsibilities and jointly supporting the operational and strategic development of Rijk Zwaan's three breeding stations (Silyon, Korkuteli, Kurşunlu) in Antalya Together with the current Station Manager, you will contribute to creating a safe, efficient, and future-oriented working environment that enables our Breeding, Execution, Sales, and Support teams to perform at their best. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing facilities and resources, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the station.You will also contribute to the long-term development of the station by identifying opportunities to improve operational excellence and by exploring innovative agricultural technologies and best practices.You will be in close contact with the international Station Management teams in all RZ Subsidiaries and will be reporting to R&D Managing Director Türkiye.Your responsibilities include:Sharing leadership responsibilities with the current Station Manager and jointly overseeing the operational and strategic development of Rijk Zwaan's three breeding stations in AntalyaLeading, coaching, and supporting a team of approximately 50 employees across three breeding stations in AntalyaLeading and coordinating day-to-day station operationsEnsuring efficient use of facilities, equipment, vehicles, and other resourcesManaging operational budgets and monitoring related expendituresPlanning and managing five-year investment budgets and monitoring budget realization against plansCoordinating service providers, contractors, and external stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company standardsSupporting infrastructure development and operational improvement projectsMonitoring developments in agricultural technologies and digital farming solutions, evaluating opportunities to implement innovations that improve efficiency and sustainabilityDriving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across the stationsActing as a trusted partner for colleagues and management by providing practical and sustainable solutionsStrengthening cooperation between Breeding, Execution, Sales, and Support teams to ensure an effective and well-organized station environmentAs an active member of the Management Team, contributing to the development and execution of the company's strategy and operational objectives What can you bring?You are a proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership and creating structure in a dynamic environment.
