Management Assistant Submitted by Tamara Malandrin on Wed, 09/16/2026 - 14:27 Your role as Management Assistant at Rijk Zwaan:As a Management Assistant, you will support the Directors of Rijk Zwaan Brazil and contribute to the efficient functioning of our administrative and operational teams.In this role, you will:Manage calendars, meetings, and video conferences.Coordinate internal events and support organizational activities.Maintain contact with colleagues from our headquarters and international locations.Organize travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation for employees and visitors.Coordinate suppliers and service providers related to office maintenance and administrative activities.Provide administrative support to colleagues when needed. What you bring:You are a well-organized professional who enjoys planning, coordinating, and supporting others. You are comfortable working in a dynamic international environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.In addition, you have:A completed Bachelor's degree.More than 5 years of experience in Management Assistant, Secretary, or similar role.Fluent English.Availability to work on-site in Mogi Mirim/SP, Monday to Friday.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.A proactive, collaborative, flexible, and detail-oriented mindset.
