Station Manager Submitted by Hong Chen on Wed, 05/20/2026 - 03:51 As Station Manager, you will be the hierarchically responsible person for a team of approximately 65 colleagues at Qingdao research station, ensuring that processes run efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company policies. You will work in a dynamic environment, leading a dedicated team and collaborating with research, product development and commercial departments. Your main responsibilities will include: Leading and developing the team, contributing to a healthy and productive work environment.Implementing and optimizing internal procedures, promoting continuous improvement and operational efficiency.Managing investments at the station.Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.Maintaining active communication with internal and external stakeholders.Participating in the station’s strategic planning, contributing to the sustainable growth of the business. What we expect from you:Degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, or related fields.At least 5 years of relevant working experience.A proactive, hands-on profile with a strong sense of responsibility.Strong organizational, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English.Ability to build long-term relationships and work in a multicultural environment.
