Ridder continues its growth and digital transformation.That is why we are looking for a Group IT Manager who provides direction to our IT organisation while staying closely connected to daily operations. You combine leadership with strong technical expertise and take responsibility for security, privacy and compliance in an international B2B environment.
The Role
As Group IT Manager, you are ultimately responsible for IT within Ridder and lead a team of eight colleagues across our locations in Maasdijk and Harderwijk. You report directly to the CFO and act as a strategic sparring partner for the executive team. Together with the business, you define the IT roadmap, translate business needs into concrete plans, and ensure that Ridder is demonstrably in control when it comes to security, privacy and compliance. You are also responsible for the IT budget and regularly collaborate with Finance, Legal and other key stakeholders.
What you will do
- Bring clarity to the IT landscape and further professionalise the IT organisation
- Act hands-on when needed and serve as a strong sparring partner at technical, tactical and strategic levels
- Establish and embed cybersecurity and data privacy in line with customer data and B2B processes
- Lead programmes and projects, prioritising based on impact, risk and business value
- Oversee application management and the Ridder IT environment, including IT/OT topics
- Prepare audits and ensure compliance, security, privacy and documentation are in order
Who are we looking for?
You are an experienced and pragmatic IT professional who maintains oversight, dares to make decisions and enjoys making a real impact. You communicate clearly, take ownership and are comfortable taking the lead.
- At least 8 years of experience, including leadership experience, in an international IT environment;
- Proven experience with cybersecurity, privacy and compliance/audits;
- A completed Master’s degree (e.g. (Business) Information Technology or similar);
- A proactive leader who can spar on a substantive technical level;
- Willingness to work from both the Harderwijk and Maasdijk offices.
