Your Role

As a Junior Business Analyst, you'll support a key strategic project from ideation to delivery, gather and analyse requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart a career in business analysis and project management, with mentorship from industry experts.

What you'll do:

  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Help identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
  • Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project status and insights.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other teams to bring projects to life.
  • Assist in risk identification and resolution to keep projects on track.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates welcome) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
