Our top team of software, hardware, and agronomic specialists is dedicated to developing innovative and sustainable smart lighting solutions and lighting recipes. In doing so, we support growers in improving crop performance and energy efficiency. Want to pioneer the future of horticulture and support growers with cutting-edge technology? Then come and join our team full-time from September to December 2024 as Technical Customer Support.

On your to-do list

  • Assembling hardware according to customers’ needs
  • Configuring and installing network equipment
  • Debugging network issues
  • Recording and qualifying incidents and user requests by providing appropriate technical assistance
  • Assisting the operational department in project management
  • Managing third-party installation training
  • Managing and organizing external human resources
  • Providing phone support as the first contact between customers and the R&D back office
  • Handling customer returns (repatriation, reshipment)

Your set of skills

  • Strong technical skills in both hardware and software
  • Good knowledge of controlled environment agriculture
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and therefore great at taking initiatives
  • Proficient in ERP software
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
