As part of the reinforcement of our sales team, we are looking for a Sales Representative to improve our sales in Europe.

Missions:

• • Identify and reach out to potential customers by researching and analyzing the market
• • Demonstrate and promote the product by giving presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing any customer concerns.
• • Provide customer service by ensuring timely follow-up, addressing customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the product
• • Emphasize the features of products while highlighting how to solve potential customer problems
• • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
• • Collaborate with colleagues in transversal approach (agronomy,IT, product)
• • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continuerelationships
• • Support the RED sales teams in other geographical areasDesired Skills:
• • Good knowledge of the horticultural field and ideally of lighting in professional greenhouses
• • Commercial and negotiation skills
• • Very good interpersonal skills
• • Ability to interact with clients in the field of greenhouses
• • Spirit of initiative
• • Fluency in EnglishProfileYou have a sales/commercial profile and enjoy advising and assisting propects/clients in the implementation of horticultural lighting project. You have good interpersonal skills and are committed to customer satisfaction. As a field person, travel is not a problem for you.
