About the Role

Netafim’s Digital Farming group is developing the next generation of mobile apps that help growers manage irrigation, devices, and data across the globe.

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who enjoys building high‑quality mobile products and taking ownership of features end to end, including the backend services that power them.

This position combines hands-on Flutter development with collaboration across backend, product, QA, and IoT teams. If you’re looking to influence architecture, work with modern technologies, and build products with meaningful impact, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

· Build and maintain customer‑facing Flutter applications used worldwide

· Lead mobile architecture, code quality, and best practices

· Work on end-to-end solutions across mobile + backend/BFF services

· Develop backend components using .NET (for mobile-related services)

· Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, QA, and IoT device teams

· Improve development workflows, automation, and CI/CD pipelines

Must‑Have

· 5+ years of mobile development experience

· Strong Flutter/Dart skills (or strong iOS/Android experience and interest in Flutter)

· Experience with mobile architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Bloc/Provider)

· Familiarity with REST APIs and WebSockets

· Backend development experience (.NET preferred)

· Strong engineering fundamentals and attention to code quality

Nice to Have

· Offline-first architectures

· IoT, BLE, or device communication

· Azure or Firebase

· CI/CD, automated testing, GitHub Actions
