Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for agricultural irrigation projects - from lead identification to negotiation, closing, and follow‑up.
  • Work directly with farmers, agricultural enterprises, and Netafim distributors to promote Netafim solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and expand the customer base through proactive market outreach.
  • Conduct field visits, assess customer needs, and provide professional guidance.
  • Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements in alignment with company targets and pricing policy.
  • Track leads, maintain an updated pipeline, and ensure timely follow‑up to maximize conversion.
  • Collaborate with technical, agronomy, customer service, and supply chain teams to support project execution.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and represent Netafim’s values and standards in the market.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and updates for management.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)- mandatory, for daily communication with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in agriculture, irrigation, or related technical/commercial fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with farmers and distributors.
  • High negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to close projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and high personal discipline - ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and highly motivated individual with strong execution capabilities.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
