Main Tasks

· Operation of purchase orders for export – from the stage of creating a purchase order to the delivery and payment to the supplier while placing emphasis on delivery on time and in the required manner.

· Logistics management of a group of suppliers – in accordance with the logistics KPI’s including timing indicators and delivery control and in accordance with the general logistics requirements of Netafim from its suppliers.

· Handling supplier paperwork in the field of international trade, including in the framework of project procurement for countries with unique tariff requirements.

· Tracking the suppliers' KPI's.

· Manage and monitor projects with the projects department, which includes a price quote from the supplier, the optimization of the suppliers, the operation of the order in full of entry to delivery, which includes inspection and control with the project managers, engineering, purchasing managers, the quality team, and the suppliers.

Frame Role

· Creating purchase orders for suppliers in Israel and abroad and prioritizing the orders with the supplier if required.

· Monitoring the progress of the order with the supplier – updating supply approvals in the system as required and existing constraints and performing escalations, if required, to the relevant job partners.

· Processing of requests for price offers with the suppliers including validating the prices in accordance with the work procedures.

· Be a single point of contact with the supplier in all current issues related to the activity with him and handle inquiries that require the transfer of information/inquiry with the supplier.

· For overseas orders – receiving the required paperwork from the suppliers according to the customer's requirements.

· Handling the creation of an LC with the finance department and the supplier if required.

· Returning equipment to suppliers and receiving credits.

· Handling of logistics complaints from Netafim warehouses and customer complaints in accordance with the work procedures in front of the quality.

· Handling the data infrastructures including procurement agreements and price lists in accordance with work procedures.

· Sourcing and occasional negotiation.

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

· Experience in working with suppliers in Israel and abroad, both in the commercial aspect and in the logistics aspect, including familiarity with the basics of international trade.

· English at a good level, reading and writing – mandatory.

· Additional languages – an advantage.

· Mastery of Office in general and Excel in particular – an advantage.

· Work experience in SAP – a significant advantage.

· Experience working with suppliers abroad – a significant advantage.
