Description
Netafim is seeking a strategic Country Sales Manager to lead the commercial strategy and execution for the Central America region, ensuring the achievement of annual sales, collection, and gross margin targets. Drive sustainable growth by combining strategic vision with strong operational execution, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the regional commercial plan to meet sales, profitability, and collection objectives.
- Lead the commercial team, providing strategic direction, guidance, and performance management to achieve ambitious results.
- Design and execute market development strategies that strengthen the company’s market share, profitability, and competitive positioning across Central America.
- Analyze market trends and business performance, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and business growth.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial strategies.
- Oversee credit and collection performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining healthy cash flow.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and market responsiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. MBA or postgraduate studies in Strategy, Marketing, or Commercial Management preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in senior commercial leadership roles, preferably with regional (Central America) experience.
