Description
Netafim is seeking an Human Resources Analyst to join our dynamic HR team. This role involves analyzing HR data, supporting talent acquisition processes, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of analytical skills and HR knowledge to help us drive strategic decision-making and improve workforce performance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform payroll processing for employees, temporary workers, and interns to make monthly payments.
- Record and send information on new hires, terminations, income, changes, and deductions.
- Prepare employment contracts, calculate salary payments, and issue work certificates to active and retired personnel.
- Track employee absences (sick leave, leave of absence, vacations, deductions for various items).
- Follow up with the medical reimbursement insurance company and send reimbursement payments.
- Assemble files for new hires and schedule induction meetings.
- Provide support for the registration process for staff training courses.
- Provide support for disseminating internal communications.
- Follow up on the accounting closing checklist.
- Reconcile and balance IESS information.
- Deliver and track uniforms, among other items related to staff.
- Coordinate the delivery of gifts and souvenirs (birthdays, special dates, holidays) to company staff.
- Coordinate flight requests and reservations.
- Coordinate accommodation requests and reservations.
- Coordinate purchase orders, invoices with suppliers, and MIGOS.
- Perform any duties inherent to the position as requested by your immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
