Description
Netafim is seeking an Business Intelligence Analyst who will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, customer data, and sales performance to drive strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will leverage their analytical skills and business acumen to support the sales and marketing teams in identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing business strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market data and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Monitoring, assigning to sales teams, and reporting on marketing leads from both digital and traditional channels.
- Conducting joint analysis with the sales and market intelligence departments for the hiring of promoters, ensuring follow-up with plans during and after their hiring, and preparing the necessary reports to show the results, for the entire Netafim CECA GBU.
- Ensure standardization in the dealer strategy for the entire CECA GBU, prepare follow-up reports on this, and manage the respective follow-up with the sales teams.
- Prepare market analysis of dealers to identify potential, growth opportunities, and improvements to the strategy.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies based on data analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic planning.
- Support the implementation of business intelligence tools and data management practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial intelligence, market analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
