Description

The Digital Marketing Manager leads the execution of global digital marketing efforts, ensuring consistency, performance, and alignment with brand and business goals. This role is responsible for managing the corporate website and regional sites, driving digital customer journeys, and supporting regional marketing teams with best practices, tools, and localized execution.

The manager oversees key digital channels and platforms – including web, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, content, CRM and analytics – while ensuring a seamless user experience and measurable results across markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute global digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Own and optimize the corporate website and related digital assets (UX, content, SEO)
  • Lead customer journey development across digital touchpoints
  • Manage and improve marketing automation, CRM engagement, and email campaigns
  • Support regional teams with localization, toolkits, and knowledge sharing
  • Track KPIs such as traffic, conversions, campaign performance, and engagement metrics
  • Ensure consistency in digital brand experience across regions and platforms
  • Collaborate with key functions: Brand, Product Marketing, IT, and Sales

· Establish and enforce digital governance guidelines to ensure consistency across markets, tools and platforms

· Manage a team of digital marketing specialists in different fields – marketing automation and web, and digital Projects Manager

· Work with offshore resources as well as agencies and other vendors

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a global or matrix environment
  • Proven track record managing websites, CRM systems, and digital campaigns at scale
  • Experience with MarTech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, GA4, CMS tools)
  • Strong project management, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Fluent English – required; Hebrew and other languages – a plus
