Main missions & responsibility:

1. Injection Project management.

2. Managing equipment & purchasing projects (molds, injection machines...).

3. Leading significant projects in Injection, including checks and assimilation of new production technologies.

4. Injection department support with new equipment.

5. Engineering & technical support for the Injection departments.

6. Leading or partnering with production improvement processes.

7. Focal point for all technical Injection & mold matters.

8. Guiding and supporting Injection department engineers.

9. Managing existing suppliers and developing new ones.

Work location: Office, production halls, suppliers (in Israel and abroad), Netafim production factories. The job requires travel in Israel and abroad for time to time.

Knowledge and requirements:

1. Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant (plastic, materials...)

Highly experienced Practical Engineer may be considered.

2. Master's degree in Engineering – significant advantage.

3. Minimum 3 years' experience in Injection Molding. more than 3 years' experience - significant advantage.

4. Project management experience - mandatory.

5. Familiarly with Netafim products and production processes– advantage.

6. High level English & Hebrew.
