Descripcion:

Netafim is looking for a qualified Project Manager to supervise and lead several projects within the company. To be based in Cali or Santa Marta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the integral management of projects related to irrigation systems, from the planning phase to the execution and final delivery, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, meeting quality standards and in a successful manner.

Responsabilidades:

· Lead the strategic planning and execution of irrigation systems projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

· Coordinate with engineering, sales, logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient communication throughout the project lifecycle.

· Perform resource allocation and manage the schedule of activities to maximize efficiency and minimize risks.

· Oversee the implementation of innovative irrigation technologies and ensure proper training of staff and customers.

· Proactively manage changes to project scope and mitigate potential risks to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Prepare periodic reports on project progress, including cost, schedule and quality analysis of work performed.

· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project management processes and assist in their implementation.

· Professional in Agricultural Engineering with knowledge in Project Management or PMP Certification.

· One to three years of management or project management experience, preferably in the agricultural or related industry.

· Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule and budget.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Intermediate English.

· Customer orientation and ability to manage strong relationships with customers and business partners.

· Excellent problem solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
