Description

  • To be the business and operation partner for the Management team of Netafim Chile, focused on developing strategies that strengthen the organizational culture, Development Plans, Talent Attraction, and employee experience, leading and facilitating the development of the different work teams.

Responsibilities.-

  • Guarantee the legal-labor management for each employee according to local regulations and internal audits.
  • Advise the decision-making in the organization, challenging them from the perspectives of leadership, business challenges, talent development, and change management. Ensure and facilitate that relevant information flows constantly between employees.
  • Ensure the implementation of actions related to projects and initiatives that enable the organization and leaders to attract, develop, retain and enhance the performance of our talent.
  • Keep the information of employees updated on the different platforms of the company (Orbia Pulse, Local Payroll System).
  • Will be responsible for preparing the local budget for the HR area (AOP), from the corporate requirements, guaranteeing the adequate execution of the budgets of the department and the Labor
  • It will monitor and ensure the updating processes of the HR area, such as turnover - attrition, Training Hours, Job Descriptors, wage Tabulator, Open positons - Recruitment, and Manage correctly execute the monthly remuneration process.
  • Develop and manage the process of Performance Evaluation, improvement plans, recognition for performance, personal development plan or specific training needs according to the criteria established by Corporate.
  • Promote a transparent work environment and constant communication. through monitoring the Organizational environment strategy, through measurement and follow-up with the Local Leadership, and work on the Action Plan.

Requirements

We are looking for (profile & knowledge).-

  • HR Engineering, Business Administration, Commecial Engineering or similar.
  • Master degree on Organizational Development or HR postgraduates (desirable).
  • Labor Law, Social security, HSE local requirements.
  • SAP SuccessFactor (desirable) HRIS.
  • Experience in Compensations & Benefits.
  • At least 10 years working as HRBP.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and interact at different organizational levels.
  • English (fluent and able to interact day to day).
  • Positive team spirit and relationship builder.
