We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive individual to fill the role of HR Business Partner (HRBP) Netherlands and to join our team in the Netherlands, reporting directly to the Head of People for GBU North Europe & Global Greenhouse Unit.

Main mission, goal of position:

In this role you will coach and advise managers across our Manufacturing Plant in Rucphen and our Sales & Project offices in Maasdijk on all employee-related matters, significantly contributing to the development and implementation of Netafim’s people strategy for the Netherlands and driving success throughout the organization.

The HRBP will collaborate closely with regional (middle) managers and the Head of People to maintain and enhance our company culture, fostering a strong partnership between the People function and the business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and advise managers on various employee-related issues, including talent development, performance management, employee engagement and HR data reporting.
  • Handle employee relations issues independently, providing solutions and guidance to management and employees, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Lead and execute HR projects within set timelines, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
  • Translating the Strategic HR agenda into daily HR activities across the organization.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in our HR processes.
  • Regularly analyze and interpret workforce metrics to drive continuous process improvement.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

You are a professional recognized for your positive energy and bold approach. With a proven track record in the HR field, you excel at being embedded in the business and building strong relationships with managers and stakeholders. You are proactive and independent, taking initiative to tackle and complete tasks efficiently. Your critical and analytical mindset enables you to offer valuable advice, and you understand the importance of effective stakeholder management. Furthermore, you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an HRBP or Senior HR Advisor.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch Labour Law and legal requirements.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experienced with HR systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency and focus on results.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable talent and culture plans for management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
