Netafim- an Orbia business, an inventor, a pioneer and global leader in precision irrigation is looking to onboard a Growth Hacker in its India Business Development team. This is your chance to lead the business model innovation for Micro irrigation industry in India!

Over a period of two years, excel in this role, and you'll seamlessly transition into a full-time Account Management position for the successful initiatives.

Requirements
You will have our preference if you have prior experience in:
- Institutional Sales, Enterprise Sales
- Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Enterprise/Startups
- Development Consulting, Government Advisory, Rural Development
- Preferably a Management Graduate/ MBA with 4-7 years of work experience. Graduates with exemplary stint in business development and enterprise sales are also welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Never keep your funnel dry: Conduct thorough research to identify high-potential prospects aligned with our business goals.
- Outreach: Connect with CXOs, Directors, Functional Heads, and Business Managers – set up meetings and captivate them with our game-changing business model.
- The Persuader: Following face-to-face meetings, keep the conversation going and skillfully guide prospects towards a positive conclusion.
- Close the Deal: Drive successful commercial negotiations, navigate agreements, secure those crucial first orders and execute the same on ground.
- Account Management Champion: Own all your on-boarded accounts. Collaborate with partners to establish annual revenue targets and leverage internal company resources to achieve them.
