Netafim is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the demand planning process to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain demand plans by analyzing historical data and market trends
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather input for demand forecasts
• Monitor and adjust forecast accuracy, taking into account changes in customer demand and market conditions
• Lead S&OP meetings to review demand plans and make adjustments as needed
• Optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts by balancing demand and supply
• Ensure availability of finished product from projects and regular sales in accordance with established fcst and market requirements
• Lead the purchasing team and ensure the execution of the processes and the management over the personnel

• 3 to 5 years of experience in demand planning or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience using demand planning software and ERP systems
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Diploma and/or Specialization: Logistics or Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering.
• Adnvenced English (80%-100%)
