Job background: We are actively seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Pricing Specialist to join our winning team at Orbia Precision Agriculture (Netafim). In this role, you will play a pivotal part in elevating the efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial operations, contributing to the growth and success of our global initiatives.


1 . Pricing Strategy:

-Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies in alignment with the company's overall business objectives and market dynamics.

-Lead pricing analysis and modeling to determine optimal price points, discounts, and promotions.

-Monitor and assess impact of pricing changes on revenue, profitability, and market share.

-Collaborate with finance, sales, and marketing teams to set competitive and profitable pricing structures.

2 . Data Analytics and Reporting (Price Monitoring):

Monitor pricing performance and identify areas of margin improvement through price adjustments; recommend actions to achieve targets.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on pricing performance and recommendations to senior management.

3 . Training and Development:

-Develop and deliver specialized workshops to equip the sales team with in-depth knowledge of precision irrigation technologies, pricing strategies and CRM utilization.

4. Technology Integration:

- Collaborate with the IT department to integrate Pricing tools and other technologies that enhance the customer experience and support sales efforts.

- Work with local teams to assist in adoption of new tools and processes.

Location: Israel or Europe


  • Proven experience in a similar role within a global manufacturing company (5+ years).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on pricing strategies and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for sustainable agriculture.
  • In-depth knowledge of precision irrigation processes, strategies, and pricing models.
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools in the agriculture sector.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive team player
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field; MBA preferred.
