Description

  • Lead implementation and training of S&OP process activities (Demand / Production / Inventory planning)
  • Lead implementation and training of planning processes and tools.
  • Lead the communication flow at the corporate level.
  • Provide inputs for Global Supply plan.
  • Design and implement new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Bring in planning industry best practices to optimize business results.
  • Define the strategic roadmap, and act as the global business owner for the global Planning systems (Jedox/SO99)
  • Lead systems implementations, ensuring seamless rollout and adoption.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance Planning capabilities.
  • Facilitate and lead regional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process according to corporate standards.
  • Manage global scenario planning, considering upside opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with Commercial/Marketing/Finance and other functions to drive organization consensus plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, science-related field, or a similar discipline (Master’s degree preferred; MBA ideal).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the field of SC planning activities (Demand/Production/Inventory)
  • Experience in a global organization planning process implementation.
  • Training and presentation skills is a must.
  • Experience with change management practice & Methodologies.
  • Experience with SAP ERP systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent human relations and the ability to lead & Implement planning processes.
  • Detail oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under continual deadline constraints.
  • Fluent English & Spanish
  • Managerial experience - Major advantage
  • APICS certification is a must.
