DFS Technical Representatives will provide technical problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Assisting with navigating around application menus and troubleshooting

Support will be provided by clearly communicating by mail/ phone/ Remote connection/ Instant Messaging application (Skype) technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.

Representatives will need to visit project sites in India & Abroad for installation as and when required, candidate needs to travel as per requirement of the project

Knowledge & Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electronics / Telecommunication / Instrumentation 2-3 Years of experience can also apply
• Experience in relevant control area – desirable
• Knowledge of Computers Systems will be added advantage
• Knowledge of Electrical -Electronic Equipment maintenance and support will be added advantage
• Experience in customer service
• English – required
• Other Languages – a plus

Critical Success Factors:

1. Ability to study the systems sufficiently well to provide field service independently to simple systems within 3 months, and to more complex systems within 6 months.

2. Ability to learn independently in addition to the training received from the experienced team.

3. High customer satisfaction
