As the HR Business Partner for Global Markets, you have an international role as the strategic sparring partner to the MT within our Global Markets and our Cluster Managers worldwide (approx. 350 FTE). You work closely with the director, cluster managers and the Finance Business Partner, placing you at the heart of the business.

As HR Business Partner, you are the eyes and ears of the organization and play a key role in the continued growth and professionalization of our global markets. You provide both solicited and unsolicited advice to the director and local MTs, coach (senior) managers in their leadership, roll-out strategic HR programs and contribute to an inclusive, inspiring, and results-driven work environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic sparring partner, advising and supporting during meetings and one-on-one conversations, serving as a sounding board, and assisting in strategic HR decisions.
- Provide input for the HR agenda in all our countries and strategic initiatives, and work closely with the director on MT Boosts to strengthen the local MT and achieve Global Markets organizational goals.
- Facilitate and guide Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) sessions, talent reviews, and ensure the right talents are in the right place.
- Play a key role in HR projects and organizational development, working on themes such as Diversity & Inclusion, Reward, Great Place to Work, and Leadership Development.
- Ensure the HR cycle within our global markets is rolled out and guide the local MT through it.
