At Lely, over 2,000 certified technicians around the globe work with our systems daily. The TSS department is their main point of contact for training, documentation, and 24/7 support. Our TSS Milking team is dedicated to optimizing service for our flagship milking solutions, especially the Lely Astronaut.
This new role aims to elevate our service support to the next level using data insights. You will be key in transforming information into improvements that directly enhance how our technicians serve dairy farmers worldwide.
Your main responsibilities:
- Take ownership of service dashboards: ensure accuracy, monitor performance, and flag anomalies.
- Analyze data streams (e.g., support tickets, release data) to identify trends and root causes.
- Translate insights into improvements, collaborating closely with the TSS Milking team to embed them into daily operations.
- Evaluate the impact of Continuous Development (CD) releases and identify areas for further optimization.
- Help build AI-driven service tools, like predictive models and automated decision trees.
- Support stakeholders across platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) with insights and reporting needs.
