Are you a data scientist with a head for modelling and a heart for business? At Lely, we’re looking for a junior to medior Data Scientist who thrives on turning complex data into real-world impact. You’ll join our innovative Data & AI department in Maassluis, where you'll develop predictive models that directly influence strategic decisions and operational improvements across our business.

• Developing, validating, and deploying predictive and statistical models with direct business application
• Identifying opportunities for analytics and modelling across different business domains

• Communicating model outcomes clearly and understandably to diverse audiences
