As an HR Advisor within the Product Development competence (approx. 500 FTE), you’ll work closely with around 40 leads. You’ll be their first point of contact for HR-related matters and contribute to the ongoing development of the organization and its people. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the HR Business Partner for Product Development to roll out the HR agenda and support the MT, heads of departments, and leads with all personnel-related issues. The HR Advisor position is new within our HR team, and together we’ll shape its scope.

Your Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to internal departmental meetings and translate outcomes into concrete HR actions within Product Development.
- Discuss and guide casework with leads, offering appropriate advice on various HR topics such as training/education, performance, leave, and absenteeism.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from Talent Acquisition, People Services, and the Lely Academy to optimize processes around onboarding, development, and internal mobility.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new managers so they can quickly find their way at Lely and start successfully.
- Safeguard the execution of the HR cycle within Product Development and support leads in this process. You’ll also work closely with the Head of to support strategic HR topics within their competence.
- Work with the HR Business Partner on various HR projects within Product Development, where you’ll be responsible for team-level implementation and act as the point of contact for leads.
