As the HR Business Partner for Product Development, you are the strategic sparring partner to the MT within the CC Product Development (approx. 500 FTE). You work closely with the director, heads of departments, the Finance Business Partner, and around 40 leads, placing you at the heart of the business. You also have an international role: part of PD Software is based in Turkey, where you collaborate with the HR Executive and the Branch Manager.

As HR Business Partner, you are the eyes and ears of the organization and play a key role in the continued growth and professionalization of the Product Development competence. You provide both solicited and unsolicited advice to the MT, coach (senior) managers in their leadership, and contribute to an inclusive, inspiring, and results-driven work environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to the MT, advising and supporting during meetings and one-on-one conversations, serving as a sounding board, and assisting in strategic HR decisions.
- Provide input for the HR agenda in MT and One PD Leadership sessions, and work closely with the director on MT Boosts and offsite sessions to strengthen the MT and achieve PD organizational goals.
- Facilitate and guide Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) sessions, talent reviews, and ensure the right talents are in the right place.
- Play a key role in HR projects and organizational development, working on themes such as Diversity & Inclusion, Great Place to Work, and leadership development.
- Ensure the HR cycle within PD is rolled out and guide the MT and leads through it.
