As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play an important role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our farm management software. You will work at the heart of our development process, designing and implementing automated tests that allow us to deliver innovative solutions to farmers worldwide with confidence.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with software engineers, manual testers, and product owners to translate product requirements into reliable automated tests. By leading the Test Automation Chapter, you will not only set the standard for our testing practices but also coach less experienced colleagues, helping them grow in their skills and expertise. Together with your team, you will continuously improve test coverage, streamline pipelines, and ensure that our automation setup evolves alongside our products.

Your work will span the entire testing process: from identifying acceptance criteria and developing test cases to executing automated scenarios for functionality, regression, integration, and end-to-end validation. You will analyze results, report findings, and ensure defects are resolved in time. At the same time, you will build and maintain test automation infrastructure, ensuring that it remains scalable and effective for the future.
