Then keep reading!</p> <p><strong>Your role:</strong></p> <p>The Proposition Management department aligns the entire product portfolio with market needs, acting as a vital link between the distribution channel, support departments, and R&amp;D.</p> <p>As a Commercial Product Specialist Manure, you’ll join an international team passionate about the Lely Manure portfolio, which includes the <a href="https://www.lely.com/nl/oplossingen/huisvesting-en-verzorging/sphere/">Lely Sphere</a> and the <a href="https://www.lely.com/nl/discovery-collector/">Lely Discovery Collector</a>. You will connect the cow, the farmer, and the solution—ensuring commercial goals are achieved in collaboration with the Product Manager.</p> <p>Main responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Engage in the entire product lifecycle: from identifying market and customer needs to defining development assignments and launching new products.</li> <li>Contribute to development assignments and support with product phase-in and phase-out processes.</li> <li>Provide active commercial and training support to our global organization.</li> <li>Collaborate with the sales organization to develop both online and offline sales support materials.</li> <li>Develop and deliver online and offline trainings in cooperation with our Learning Specialists to strengthen product knowledge.</li> </ul> </div>
