Als Senior ICT Ondersteuner ben jij een belangrijke schakel in de ondersteuning van studenten en collega's van Hogeschool Inholland. Je analyseert complexe meldingen, adviseert over passende ICT- en AVM-oplossingen en deelt jouw kennis bij vraagstukken die verder gaan dan de dagelijkse ondersteuning.

Met jouw technische expertise, klantgerichte instelling en analytisch vermogen zorg je ervoor dat iedereen optimaal gebruik kan maken van onze voorzieningen. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan het verbeteren van processen, werkwijzen en dienstverlening. Zo lever je een directe bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van onze ondersteuning en aan een prettige leer- en werkomgeving.

Inhoud functie

Als Senior ICT Ondersteuner maak je onderdeel uit van het team Workplace Services / Servicedesk IT binnen de dienst Campus, Financiën & Digitale Services (CFD). Samen met je collega's zorg je voor betrouwbare ICT- en AVM-voorzieningen voor studenten en medewerkers, waarmee je direct bijdraagt aan goed onderwijs en een prettige werkomgeving.

Je ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende vragen en verstoringen en werkt daarbij samen met collega's binnen Digitale Services en met interne en externe partners. Naast het afhandelen van complexe meldingen analyseer je terugkerende vraagstukken en draag je bij aan structurele verbeteringen van de dienstverlening van bestaande en nieuwe werkprocessen.

Je vervult hierbij een coachende rol. Daarbij help je het team om overzicht te houden, prioriteiten te stellen en gezamenlijk de beste ondersteuning te bieden aan studenten en medewerkers.

Als Senior ICT Ondersteuner onderzoek je de oorzaak van problemen en zorg je voor duurzame oplossingen, zodat verstoringen niet alleen worden verholpen, maar waar mogelijk ook worden voorkomen. Je adviseert over passende ICT- en AVM-oplossingen en neemt bij grotere incidenten of projecten een coördinerende rol aan. Daarbij bewaak je de voortgang en stem je af met betrokken collega's, afdelingen en leveranciers.

Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze dienstverlening. Je signaleert trends en terugkerende knelpunten, denkt mee over verbeteringen en helpt bij het optimaliseren van processen en werkwijzen.

Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een stabiele, betrouwbare en gebruiksvriendelijke ICT-omgeving waarin studenten en medewerkers optimaal kunnen werken, leren en samenwerken.
