POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Head of Production, this position is responsible for ensuring production of quality cuttings as per the sales planning in an efficient way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce quality cuttings.

• Responsible for the whole crop cycle from GH preparation, to planting till harvesting and discarding.

• Timely prepare the greenhouse for planting

• Plant the mother stock in time and in cooperation with Planning and AA department.

• Grow healthy mother stock in cooperation with Agronomy.

• Maintain the mother stock efficient to ensure optimum productivity and quality cuttings.

• Harvest quality cuttings in an efficient way

• Discard and clean the greenhouse after production season.

• Evaluate the season on all aspect including PC's and lead-time.

• Improvement plan on crop or series level
