Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer

Your job:
- Design, operate, and continuously improve our enterprise Identity & Access Management infrastructure
- Operate and integrate Identity Provider and authentication platforms, particularly: Microsoft Entra ID, SAP Cloud Identity Services, including Identity Authentication Service (IAS), PingOne, ADFS
- Design and maintain secure authentication and Single Sign-On solutions using technologies such as SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0
- Consult other teams how to integrate their applications into our Identity provider infrastructure
- Implement and maintain secure access models based on principles such as Zero Trust, least privilege and separation of administrative duties
- Participate in audits, security assessments, and the remediation of identified findings
- Participate in the team's on-call rotation to ensure reliable operation of business-critical identity services
Your qualification:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management, identity infrastructure, or IT security
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise authentication environments
- Good knowledge of at least one additional Identity Provider or federation platform, ideally PingOne or SAP Cloud Identity Services
- Good understanding of Active Directory, privileged administration, and enterprise security concepts
- Experience with PowerShell automation and web development with technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and HTTP
- Ability to work independently and take technical ownership of complex topics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SCIM and automated identity provisioning
- Knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Cloud Identity Services, including IAS, IPS, and Identity Directory
- Experience with security assessments, audits, or regulated enterprise environments
