For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for Value Stream Leader for our Manisa facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitors and manages capacity within the assigned Value Stream,
• Monitors performance trends and takes corrective actions to address deviations in people and line performance,
• Ensures the availability of all required resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials,
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives across production and logistics operations using Lean and OPEX methodologies,
• Continuously improves the organization of the production / logistics lines in the Value Stream considering OPEX tools,
• Inspires and motivates workers and direct reporting staff in the lines through leading by example as well as good management culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Industrial,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production and/or logistics operations,
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing blue-collar team leaders,
• Experience in 5S, and LEAN Manufacturing tools and OPEX methods,
• Advanced user of MS Office applications, good SAP knowledge,
• Experience in tracking and controlling complex interconnections and relationships in connection with value flows/supply chains,
• Competent in quality management and control methods,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
