Your job:
- Organize, administer, and coordinate trainings, learning programs and strategic learning initiatives (e.g. Fit for Change, Train the Trainer, Global Learning Week, Cyber Security Month).
- Manage participant registration, attendance tracking, program logistics, and documentation throughout the program lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, trainers, and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and a seamless learning experience.
- Ensure a high-quality participant experience across all learning events and programs.
- Gather participant feedback and support the continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives.
Your qualification:
- Very good English (B2-C1) and good German language skills (B1), both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously (e.g., organizing events, workshops, conferences, and networking activities).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a high-quality participant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative processes accurately.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively solve problems.
