Purpose / Mission
- Own and develop the Motor & Drive business in Korea through portfolio management, business strategy, market development, and sales enablement.
- Implement local product strategies aligned with global objectives to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
Key Accountabilities
- Own the Motor & Drive product portfolio and lifecycle management.
- Define portfolio positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plans.
- Develop short, mid, and long-term business plans for sustainable growth.
- Support sales teams in identifying and developing business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Provide product expertise, training, and business guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with HQ Product Management, Marketing, SCM, AE, and Sales teams.

- Sales Revenue Growth (Motor & Drive)

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial automation.
- Strong knowledge of Servo Motors, Servo Drives, Motion Control, PLC, and Factory Automation.
- Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of automation markets and machine builder business environments.
- Business-level English communication skills.
