For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for an Operational Excellence Intern for our Manisa facility.

Your job:

• Support Operational Excellence and Administrative Excellence (ADEX) activities across operational and administrative functions

• Contribute to the implementation of Synchronized Production System (SPS)• Support continuous improvement, process optimization and standardization projects

• Participate in process observations, Gemba walks, workshops and structured problem-solving activities

• Assist in analyzing operational and administrative processes and identifying improvement opportunities

• Support SPS assessments, action tracking and the preparation of supporting documentation

• Contribute to digitalization and workflow automation initiatives

• Support KPI tracking, data analysis, performance reporting and dashboard development

• Assist in preparing presentations, training materials, reports and management communication content

• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Engineering, Quality and other supporting functions

• Take ownership of assigned improvement tasks and follow up on their implementation

Your qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree student in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or a related field

• Previous internship or project experience in manufacturing, process improvement, data analysis or digitalization is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of or strong interest in Operational Excellence, Administrative Excellence, Lean Management, continuous improvement and process management

• Good command of written and spoken English• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate or other data visualization and digitalization tools is an advantage

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and organizational skills

• Proactive, curious and self-driven working approach

• Ability to work independently, take responsibility and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Availability to work at least three days per week for a minimum period of six months
