Your job:

  • Develop an automation framework including governance in the field of IT infrastructure
  • Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions for infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, configuration management, and operational tasks
  • Design and develop software solutions, tools, and services to automate manual processes, reduce errors, and accelerate delive
  • Develop reusable APIs, automation components, and applications following modern software engineering practices
  • Build up a new community of automation practice across existing product teams
  • Collaborate with other Teams, System Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Developers, API Management, Security, and Operations teams to define automation requirements, standards, and best practices
  • Apply software development practices such as version control, automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD throughout the development lifecycle
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote automation culture across teams

Your qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT automation, software development, scripting, or related roles
  • Strong programming skills and experience developing maintainable software solutions
  • Skills in one or more of the following technologies: Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ruby, or similar
  • Experience developing automation tools using modern software development practices (version control, testing, CI/CD)
  • Practical experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and enterprise services
  • Practical experience with configuration management and automation frameworks such as Ansible and Terraform
  • Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and ideally container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
  • Understanding RESTful principles and HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, PATCH)
  • Knowledge of API design approaches: API First, contract-first design, and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications
  • Good understanding of software engineering principles, clean code practices, and software lifecycle management
