Your job:
- Conceptualization and creation of visual assets for digital formats (e.g. web banners, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, ads) based on clearly defined briefs
- Development of AI-supported visual worlds and ecosystems based on existing design systems and brand guidelines
- Ensuring brand consistency, visual quality, and clarity across all touchpoints
- Efficient creation and scaling of content through the targeted use of templates and GenAI tools
- Audience- and channel-appropriate adaptation of designs along the customer journey
- Optimization of existing assets based on feedback, performance data, and best practices
- Creation of print-ready assets (e.g. trade fair banners, brochures) while considering production requirements
Professional Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in a graphic design role
- Very good knowledge of common design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite or comparable tools)
- Solid experience in creating digital marketing assets
- Strong understanding of digital touchpoints, formats, and customer journeys
- Good sense for visual storytelling, typography, and imagery
- Experience working with design systems, templates, and scalable content structures
- Proficient with GenAI for accelerated visual content creation and modern AI-driven production
- Ability to independently interpret briefs and translate them into high-quality design outputs
