WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A TEAM LEAD?

• Production Planning: You will define the schedule of activities based on the production plan. You will set priorities and take action to use your team’s available time as effectively as possible.
• Productivity and Cost Management: Together with the operations management team, you will ensure the optimal use of resources within your team. You continuously strive to improve floor processes for greater efficiency.
• Communication: With effective communication, you ensure that tasks and responsibilities are clear to everyone on your team.
• Quality: Packages are shipped daily directly to consumers. Together with your team, you are responsible for packing the orders as well as possible so that the customer has exceptional experience and will want to order from us again.

WHO ARE YOU?

• A flexible team player with adaptability;
• You enjoy combining practical work with theoretical knowledge;
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of English is a must, as English is the main language spoken in the production team;
• Availability daily from 16:00 to 01:00 to lead the evening team, including working every other Sunday evening;
• MBO / HBO level of working and thinking;
• A passion for flowers and plants is a plus;
• You enjoy working in a team with diverse cultures and respect cultural differences.
