HR Foundations Generalist

We're looking for an HR Foundations Generalist to join our Cluster HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is motivated to challenge the status quo to make HR services simpler, smarter, and more effective.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of the employee experience, supporting employees and leaders across the full employee lifecycle while collaborating with HR experts and colleagues across Norway and Denmark. You'll combine operational HR expertise with opportunities to contribute to projects, process improvements, digital innovation, and the evolution of modern HR services.

What you'll be doing

  • Acting as a trusted first point of contact for employees and leaders on a wide range of HR topics.

  • Supporting key people processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

  • Contributing to payroll and time management activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Working with HR systems and data ensuring all relevant platforms are up to date (MyHR/ AskHR, intranet, SharePoint, templates, and more).

  • Supporting HR colleagues across the business to deliver an excellent employee experience.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve, simplify, and digitalize HR processes.

  • Bringing fresh ideas, curiosity, and innovative thinking to help shape the future of HR services.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an HR role, with a strong interest in continuing to learn and develop.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Exposure and previous experience required in payroll and time administration activities and knowledge of HR administration, employee services, or people operations is highly advantageous.

  • Good operational and up-to-date knowledge of the social legislation in Norway and / or Denmark.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and finding better ways of working.

  • Someone who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with others, and delivering great customer service.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Confidence using digital tools and systems, with an interest in leveraging technology to improve the employee experience.

  • An avid user of MS Office and other digital tools – experience with Workday is beneficial

  • Fluency in Norwegian and / or Danish along with English.
