Role Purpose

As a Software Engineer in our in-house Application Development team, you design, build and ship business applications that run our Electrification operations in China. You turn business needs into well-engineered, secure and maintainable software — and you help us grow our overall in-house delivery capability.

What You'll Do

Design, develop and maintain business applications end to end — from requirements to production to operation — primarily on .NET with a modern front-end (Angular / Vue / React).

Development

• Build clean, testable, well-documented code; participate in code reviews and uphold the team's coding standards and Definition of Done.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems and industrial platforms (e.g. CRM / ERP / MES / APS / SSO).
• Apply secure-by-design practices: address findings from static (SAST), interface (DAST) and third-party (SCA) scanning.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Copilot / Claude Code) to improve quality and speed, contribute to AI application use cases where they add real value.

DevOps & Operations

• Build automated deployment pipelines and manage production of K8S environments.
• Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting, manage infrastructure automation and deployment pipelines.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis, maintain high availability and performance standards.

What You Bring

• 5+ years building production .NET applications with Entity Framework, plus at least one modern JavaScript/TypeScript front-end framework.
• 1+ years with Docker/K8S in Cloud Platform, preferably on Azure
• Comfortable with Git-based source control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Understanding application security and code quality tooling for SAST, DAST, SCA, e.g. SonarQube.
• Hands-on different programing languages is a plus: Python, Java, PHP, Go, Rust etc.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding, and a genuine interest in AI applications is a plus.
